Director / Head of Building Surveying:

Sectors: Prime & Super-Prime

Experience Required: MRICS (Building Surveying Pathway)

Flexibility: 3 days in the office

The Opportunity:

• Lead a department and grow a team around you within an established small - medium sized consultancy
• Commercial: Central London offices £40m – £50m
• Residential: High-end residential from £0.5m to £100m, including St John’s Wood, and Mayfair
• Work within various other sectors, including heritage buildings, retail, education, galleries and hotels.
• Sustainability focus across the business
• Varied portfolio of project and professional work

You’ll lead state of the art commercial refurbs, Grade II listed townhouses, and high-end residential projects up to £100m, think St John’s Wood, and Mayfair. Work side-by-side with high-end clients tackling planning challenges, structural innovations, and ESG-driven strategies.
