Package: Private Healthcare | Gym Membership | Travel Expenses Paid | 2 x Bonus

Director of Building Surveying:

Get a fair bonus for the work you have done, based on a % of the work, rather than it being based on the company's overall performance, or a threshold over your salary.

Location: Central London

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 base salary

Market Leading Bonus Scheme:

• 10% of work brought in by yourself
• 7% of work brought in by the business

What You’ll Be Doing

• Commercial portfolio made up of dilapidations, condition surveys, and party wall matters.
• Some project management work is available if you like a mix, but this role is laser-focused on core building surveying.

What They're Looking For

• MRICS Chartered with at least 2 years PQE
• You might be stuck in an environment where progression isn’t on the radar, or simply ready to lead bigger, more complex instructions.
• You thrive in the private sector - fast-paced, client-led, and outcome-driven.
