Leveraged Finance Associate - US Firm, 2-6 PQE

We are instructed by an elite US firm which is seeking to recruit an associate to join its market-leading Leveraged Finance practice in London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team which is involved in some of the biggest deals globally, working with high end sponsors on deals across bank lending and private credit.

We would like to see applications from leveraged finance lawyers who have strong lender side experience, although lawyers with borrower led experience are also invited to apply. Applicants must have gained experience at a leading US or international firm, and must have a strong academic profile.
