We’re looking for an experienced Demand Planner to join a fast-paced consumer goods business where your expertise will directly influence product availability, customer satisfaction, and strategic decision-making.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on turning data into action, collaborating across teams, and continuously improving forecasting accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimise demand forecasts across products and customer accounts.
• Collaborate with sales, commercial, and planning teams to align forecasts with business goals.
• Analyse trends, seasonality, and promotional impacts to improve forecast accuracy.
• Lead planning meetings and customer reviews, driving actionable insights.
• Manage new product launches and monitor forecasting KPIs.

What You’ll Bring

• Essential: Proven demand planning experience in FMCG or a similar environment.
• Advanced Excel and strong data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of forecasting models and planning systems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, commercially aware, and proactive.

Location & Flexibility

• Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days remote.
• Ideally based in the Central Belt / Eurocentral.
• Quarterly travel to UK customer sites and occasional international visits.
