  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support event planning, project coordination, and office administration as needed.

About You

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce Administrator certification preferred).
  • Strong background as an Executive Assistant or PA, ideally supporting C-suite or senior leaders.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience creating reports and presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Comfortable managing sensitive information and complex schedules.
  • Proactive problem solver, with a can-do attitude and a focus on delivering results.

Why Apply?

This is a unique opportunity to combine technical Salesforce expertise with strategic executive support in a highly visible role. You’ll join a forward-thinking organisation where you can influence process improvements, optimise systems, and become a trusted partner to leadership.
