About the Company

Beach Baker is delighted to be partnering with a renowned international property consultancy to recruit a talented Valuation Associate/Director for their dynamic Bristol team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to step into a key role, working alongside experienced Directors and contributing to a growing, collaborative team.

About the Role

• Work on a broad range of commercial valuations across the South West and South Wales.
• Join a friendly, long-established regional office within a global organisation.
• Enjoy a flexible working culture - typically 2-3 days in the office, with the rest from home.
• Be based in one of Bristol's most prestigious office buildings.
• Become part of a team known for its supportive environment and regular social events.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships, delivering high-quality valuation services.
• Conduct market analysis and assess property data to produce accurate valuations.
• Prepare detailed reports for clients, lenders, and legal purposes.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues on complex instructions and contribute to business development.
• Stay up to date with market trends and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• MRICS qualified and RICS Registered Valuer.

Required Skills

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven experience in UK real estate, ideally within a property consultancy.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with Argus Enterprise (training provided) and Microsoft Office.

Pay range and package

• Salary: Up to £70,000 + car allowance + performance-based bonus.
