As the industry continues to expand rapidly, we are seeking a visionary CEO to lead our agency into its next phase of growth. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader with experience in digital platforms, influencer marketing, or entertainment management.

As CEO, you will:

• Lead Strategy & Growth: Define the agency’s vision, set growth targets, and oversee expansion into new markets.
• Talent & Creator Management: Ensure creators receive best-in-class support and growth opportunities.
• Business Development: Build partnerships with platforms, brands, and affiliates to expand monetization opportunities.
• Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, finance, compliance, and team management.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends in creator economy, social media, and fan engagement.
• Team Culture: Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and results-driven culture.

Requirements

• Proven track record in a senior leadership role (CEO, COO, MD, or similar), preferably within digital media, talent management, or entertainment.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and platforms like OnlyFans, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Exceptional business acumen, with experience in scaling startups or agencies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of compliance and legal considerations in the adult entertainment industry is a plus.
