Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance, with expertise in both mechanical and electrical systems. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and facilities, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs as necessary. The Maintenance Associate will also play a key role in supervising maintenance activities and providing excellent customer service.

Location: Chelsea Creek (Agile, on-site role)

Duties

• Take water and electricity meter readings monthly (landlord supplies).
• Fire defence and lighting system testing (monthly or as required).
• Change lights in communal areas, including car parks.
• Undertake project work set by the line manager.
• Carry out cyclical redecorations of buildings.
• Additional ad-hoc maintenance tasks as directed.
• Maintain communal spaces to the highest standard.

Experience :

• IT skills (Excel).
• Drywall and decorating skills.
• Ability to prioritise workload.
• Ability to carry out physically demanding tasks.

Preferred:

• Decorating skills.
• Plasterboard repairs.
• Project organisation & execution.

Qualifications & Checks

• Full driving licence (essential).
• Basic DBS check required (standard or enhanced not applicable to this role).
