We are working with a leading specialist law firm seeking a junior-level Corporate Associate to join their growing team.

About the Role

The role involves advising high-profile clients across media, entertainment, technology and other dynamic sectors, as well as fast-growth companies and investors. Exposure to a wide range of private M&A, investment and joint venture work, with a strong cross-border element. Deal sizes typically in the lower to mid-cap range, offering hands-on experience and the chance to build strong technical skills. Significant partner contact, with opportunities to take responsibility early and develop quickly.

Responsibilities

• Advising high-profile clients across various sectors.
• Exposure to private M&A, investment, and joint venture work.
• Hands-on experience with deal sizes in the lower to mid-cap range.
• Significant partner contact and early responsibility.

Qualifications

• Qualified corporate associate with at least 6 months’ quality corporate experience.
• Strong academics and excellent communication skills.

Required Skills

• Enthusiastic about corporate law.
• Drive and work ethic to deliver for clients.

Preferred Skills

• Looking for a junior-level corporate associate (0–2 PQE), but candidates with a little more experience may also be considered.
