Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate strategic contracts, including licensing and distribution agreements.
• Advise on product development, go-to-market strategies, and legal frameworks.
• Support M&A, joint ventures, financing, and governance matters.

About You

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (3–6 years’ PQE).
• Experienced in global technology contracts (outsourcing, SLAs, development).
• An interest in corporate law (M&A, financing, governance).
• Commercially focused, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and passion for technology.
