L&D Administrator / Coordinator

Rate: £18.00 - £20.00 per hour (PAYE)

Location: Mailbox, Birmingham

Department: Learning & Development

Duration: 6 months

Hybrid: 2-3 days per week in the office


Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 35 hours/week (1-hour unpaid lunch)

Interview Process: 1-hour Teams interview on Wednesday 10th September. Candidates must be available for interview on this date, as the client requires the successful candidate to start by Wednesday 17th September.


Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive L&D Administrator/Coordinator to support the Learning & Development team. The ideal candidate will manage training logistics, support teams across projects, and ensure smooth delivery of programmes.

  • Time & Deadline Management: Coordinating multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Logistics Coordination: Managing training venues, resources, and schedules.
