Zachary Daniels are working with a high growth fashion brand to appoint a Warehouse Operations Lead. This role will be based on site at their Distribution Centre and will involve travel to an additional site in North Ireland (North Belfast).

Your Role:

• Lead and inspire a motivated warehouse crew to deliver top-notch service every day
• Own the smooth flow of stock - from receiving and storage to dispatch
• Keep our inventory accurate and spot-on with regular cycle counts
• Champion safety and create a warehouse where everyone can thrive
• Troubleshoot challenges and drive continuous improvements in a fast-paced setting
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to keep the brand moving forward

What You Bring:

• Proven experience leading warehouse teams, ideally in a fast-moving environment
• A natural leader who motivates others and gets things done
• Confident using WMS (Peoplevox a plus) and savvy with Microsoft Office
• Physically fit and ready to roll up your sleeves in a busy warehouse
• Laser-focused on accuracy, safety, and delivering results
