We're Hiring: Market Access Specialist (UK) Field-based | Medical Devices | Min. 2 years experience

Are you a hands-on Market Access professional who thrives on face-to-face engagement with payers and healthcare stakeholders? We're looking for someone who doesn’t just write reports — but gets out on the road, builds relationships, and drives real change in the UK healthcare landscape.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead direct engagement with Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and other key NHS stakeholders
• Manage and optimise product listings in Drug Tariff Part IX
• Develop and implement value-based reimbursement strategies
• Analyse payer data to support commercial and marketing teams
• Deliver internal training on NHS funding flows and payment systems
• Monitor external trends and identify opportunities for value capture
• Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that elevate our value proposition
• Build strategic relationships with KOLs, payers, and healthcare leaders

✅ What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Market Access experience — face-to-face, field-based, not just desk-based
• Proven experience with ICBs and Drug Tariff Part IX
• Strong understanding of NHS funding flows and payment systems
• Commercial acumen in medical devices
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills
• Bonus: Experience in bowel, stoma, or colorectal therapy areas
• Extra bonus: Market Access experience in Germany, France, or Italy

Degree in Science, Medicine, Economics, or Engineering preferred. Additional training in health economics or HTA is a plus.
