Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Luxury Residential Refurbishment

Location: Farnborough (Onsite with 1 day WFH)

Salary: Up to £75,000 (all-in package)

We are delighted to be working with a well-established refurbishment contractor specialising in high-end residential projects. Following a strong pipeline of new work, they are looking to appoint two Quantity Surveyors to join their growing office in Farnborough.

The Role:

• Manage luxury residential refurbishments ranging from £1m–£9m in value
• Gain exposure to both refurbishment and bespoke joinery packages
• Work closely with the Commercial team on prestigious schemes, ensuring successful delivery
• Be part of an expanding contractor at an exciting stage of growth

About You:

• Strong background in residential refurbishment projects
• Ambitious and career-driven, with a genuine desire to grow alongside the business
• Confident communicator, able to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
