About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in supporting the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring smooth onboarding processes, managing BPSS clearance requirements, and providing exceptional contractor care. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and external candidates to deliver a seamless recruitment experience.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Administration

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Liaise with hiring managers to ensure timely feedback and progression of candidates.
  • Onboarding

    • Coordinate onboarding activities including offer letters, contracts, and pre-employment checks.
    • Ensure all onboarding documentation is completed and stored correctly.
    • Act as the first point of contact for new starters, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
  • BPSS Clearance

    • Manage and process Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) checks for relevant roles.
    • Ensure compliance with government and company standards for security vetting.
    • Maintain secure and accurate records of clearance documentation.
  • Contractor Care

    • Provide ongoing support to contractors throughout their assignments.
    • Ensure timely contract renewals, extensions, and offboarding processes.
    • Act as a liaison between contractors and internal teams to resolve queries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Compliance & Reporting

    • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and legal requirements.
    • Generate reports and metrics to support recruitment performance and compliance tracking.
  • Skills & Experience Required

    • Proven experience in recruitment administration or HR support roles.
    • Strong understanding of onboarding processes and BPSS clearance requirements.
    • Experience managing contractor relationships and care.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
