Health Care Assistant (HCA) – GP Surgery | Up to £18 p/h | Immediate Start

Location: GP Surgery (Middlesborough)

Rate: £14 – £18 per hour

Contract: 3 months minimum (potential extension)

Availability: Up to 5 days per week

Healthii People are working with a friendly, supportive GP Surgery who are looking for an experienced Health Care Assistant (HCA) to join their team.

The role:

• Provide high-quality patient care within a GP surgery setting
• Support with clinical duties including observations, phlebotomy, ECGs, blood pressure checks, dressings, and health checks
• Work closely with GPs, nurses, and the wider practice team to deliver safe, effective care

What we’re looking for:

• Previous GP surgery experience is highly desirable
• Confident carrying out the full range of HCA duties in primary care
• Flexible, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running
