As the Test Lead, you will be responsible for driving testing activities across healthcare projects, ensuring system quality and compliance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and healthcare professionals to deliver impactful solutions. The team plays a critical role in transforming healthcare delivery through technology.

Your Responsibilities

As Test Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and executing testing activities for EPR Healthcare implementation projects.
  • Developing test plans, test cases, and scripts based on project requirements.
  • Performing functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Documenting and reporting test results with actionable insights.
  • Collaborating with developers, analysts, and healthcare professionals.
  • Communicating updates and gathering feedback from stakeholders.
  • Identifying and escalating risks and issues.
  • Supporting continuous improvement in testing processes.


Mandatory Skills

You will have a solid understanding of:

  • EPR Healthcare implementation testing.
  • Healthcare systems and workflows.
  • Test reporting and documentation.
  • Stakeholder communication.
  • Testing tools and methodologies.


Desirable Skills

Ideally, you will be familiar with:

  • Certifications in software testing or healthcare IT.
  • Specific EPR systems used in healthcare settings.
