MERJE is seeking a highly skilled Risk & Compliance Business Partner to join a leading insurance company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's regulatory compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices. £65,000 - £75,000


Location: Weekly office attendance ideally ( or 4 x per month)

The Role

As a Risk & Compliance Business Partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing compliance strategies, conducting risk assessments, and providing expert advice to various departments. Key Responsibilities of the Compliance Business Partner:

  • Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and internal audits

  • Monitor and report on compliance issues and trends


Required knowledge and experience for the Compliance Business Partner role:

  • Extensive knowledge of UK insurance industry regulations
  • Proven experience in a similar Business Partner role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Relevant compliance certifications (e.g., ICA, CISI)
