Operations Controller

Arden White Aerospace and Aviation Recruitment are currently working with a leading business aviation company that is looking to expand its operations team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable organisation at the heart of global flight operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end flight planning and scheduling, including ground handling arrangements, traffic rights, slots, PPR, and fuel coordination.
• Organise crew logistics such as travel, transport, and hotel accommodation.
• Monitor all live trips in progress, coordinating ground support and relaying critical updates.
• Liaise with global partners and third-party providers to ensure smooth, on-time operations.

Person Specification

• Proven background within the aviation sector.
• Flexible and available to work shift patterns.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office with solid general IT ability.
