Head of Corporate | L500 Ranked Firm | Liverpool OR Manchester

This well-established, Legal 500 law firm are experiencing significant growth and are looking for an entrepreneurial Corporate Solicitor to join the team to as a Partner. You will have full support to grow the department and autonomy over key decisions that affect the firm's growth and direction.

The Role:

The firm is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial Corporate Partner to Head up their department.

You will work on a varied and interesting caseload, M&A transactions, PE related work, shareholder agreements and more. The caseload has more flexibility depending on your specific interests across Corporate Law. You will be able to pursue the type of work you feel benefits both your career and the success of the department.

Requirements:

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE
