Job description

A well respected high street practice with over a century of serving the community is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their friendly, people-focused firm where teamwork and respect are at the heart of everything.


The firm are looking for someone who will take full ownership of a busy conveyancing caseload, guiding clients through every stage of their property transaction from instruction right through to post-completion.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll be trusted to manage files independently, while still being part of a close-knit team with a fully resourced support team.


About you:

  • Solid background in residential conveyancing, confident handling matters from start to finish
  • Ability to manage deadlines and juggle a varied workload with accuracy and efficiency
  • Clear communicator with strong client care skills
  • Comfortable working independently but also contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Formal qualification (Solicitor, CILEX, Licensed Conveyancer) welcomed but not essential
