Associate Vice President – Lead the Future of Digital Transformation

Do you want to shape the future of mobility and energy? We’re looking for an Associate Vice President to spearhead digital transformation and strategic growth in the Automotive, Battery, and Rail industries.

This role is all about impact: building relationships with C-suite leaders, driving innovation, and delivering technology-led solutions that enable sustainable growth. You’ll work internationally, lead major consulting programs, and position yourself at the centre of some of the most exciting industry shifts happening today.

What you’ll do

• Partner with senior executives to design and deliver digital strategies.
• Lead major consulting and transformation programs from concept to implementation.
• Drive growth across key accounts, winning trust at the highest levels.
• Position the business as a market leader through thought leadership and client success.
• Shape solutions that tackle the real challenges of mobility, sustainability, and technology.

What you bring

• A strong track record in consulting, automotive, or related industries.
• Deep expertise in digital transformation across R&D, manufacturing, or supply chain.
• Experience influencing at C-suite level and delivering international projects.
• Entrepreneurial leadership style and excellent collaboration skills.
• MBA/PhD or equivalent experience.

Location flexible within the UK, with regular customer interaction and international travel.
