Job description

An elite US firm is looking to hire a mid-level associate into its growing FIG London team.

This is one of the fastest growing teams at this firm, providing any corporate associate who wants to do FIG work, with an excellent opportunity for quicker career progression. The role offers experience with insurers, reinsurers, asset managers, banks, wealth management businesses, insurance intermediaries and many more. Associates will work on both buying and sell side, in a wide variety of transactions including, M&A, portfolio transfers, public and private financings, restructurings and reorganisations.

This role is ideal for PE/general corporate lawyers (all corporate lawyers), looking to do FIG work. They are looking for an associate 2-5 PQE, who has solid PE/corporate experience, who were trained and retained at a top-ranked corporate practice in the UK.
