IR35 Administrator

Derby

Office Based

£30,000 - £35,000


Eaton Syalon are working with a leading Derby-based business to recruit a detail-oriented IR35 Administrator to join their compliance team. This office-based role offers a collaborative environment with flexible start and finish times. The successful candidate will manage IR35 assessments, maintain contractor records, and support the compliant engagement of off-payroll workers.

  • £30,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Strong understanding of IR35/off-payroll rules; experience in construction or related sectors is advantageous
  • Experience in compliance, payroll, HR, or contractor management, ideally within a fast-paced or large organisation
  • Confident using HMRC’s CEST tool and/or other IR35 assessment platforms
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
  • Strong communicator with the ability to explain complex legislation clearly to stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant admin systems
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple assessments and deadlines independently


  • Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to explain complex legislation clearly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other administrative systems
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple assessments and deadlines independently
