Debt Finance Lawyer (2–5 PQE) | High-Growth Insurance Group | IPO Track

We are seeking a UK-qualified Debt Finance lawyer to join a fast-growing insurance group as it prepares for IPO.

This role offers exposure to high-value, complex transactions with demanding timelines in a dynamic, less structured environment. The business is raising significant capital, and you will play a key role in supporting that growth.

The role includes:

• Running broad debt finance matters with autonomy
• Handling leveraged and mid-market deals
• Driving documentation and conditions precedent through to close
• Partnering with senior leaders on strategy as the business scales

Candidate profile:

• 2–5 PQE (UK qualified)
• Solid debt finance background (leveraged finance experience helpful)
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, less structured environments
• Confidence and autonomy in managing transactions
