Job Title: Head of Creative Services

Salary: £75,000 – £80,000

Location: London – Hybrid working (2 days in-office)

A leading digital marketing agency is searching for a talented and experienced Head of Creative Services to guide their creative teams and streamline the delivery of high-quality campaigns across multiple sectors, including entertainment, sports and healthcare.

In this senior role, you’ll oversee all aspects of creative operations — from resource management and workflow optimisation to quality control and cross-team collaboration. You’ll work closely with project managers, production, and account teams to ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently, creatively, and on schedule.

Who you are:

• An accomplished leader with solid experience managing creative studios or operations, preferably within a fast-moving agency setting.
• Skilled at overseeing a variety of creative disciplines including design, motion graphics, video production, and digital content.
• Comfortable balancing fast turnaround projects alongside compliance-heavy healthcare campaigns.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage complex schedules and competing priorities with ease.
• A strong communicator with a collaborative approach and the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop your team.
• Passionate about improving processes and adopting new tools to enhance team productivity and creativity.

This role offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement with 2 days in the London office and 3 days remote.

Salary for this position ranges from £75,000 to £80,000, depending on experience.
