Debt Finance Lawyer (2–5 PQE) | High-Growth Insurance Group | IPO Track

We’re hiring a UK-qualified Debt Finance lawyer to join a fast-growing insurance group as it gears up for IPO.

This is not a typical in-house role — you’ll be working on complex, fast-paced debt transactions that directly fuel growth. Expect autonomy, responsibility, and a seat at the table as the business scales.

What you’ll do:

• Lead on broad debt finance matters with minimal hand-holding
• Manage leveraged and mid-market deals under tight timescales
• Drive documentation and conditions precedent through to completion
• Work closely with senior leadership on strategic projects

What we’re looking for:

• 2–5 PQE (UK qualified)
• Strong debt finance experience (leveraged finance a plus)
• Resilient and adaptable in less structured environments
• Confident decision-maker with a proactive mindset
