Site Director / Head of Operations – Flagship Hotel & Leisure Complex

South Coast Large-Scale Hotel & Leisure Autonomy + Investment

This isn’t just running a site. It’s shaping a destination. A major South Coast hotel & leisure complex — multiple F&B outlets, extensive events & leisure facilities, spa, and a sizeable hotel operation — is looking for a proven Site Director / Head of Operations to take the reins. With significant investment planned, you’ll have the autonomy to deliver change, drive standards, and leave a legacy.

Full responsibility for a diverse operation: hotel (rooms), F&B, events & leisure

Lead, inspire & develop large, multi-department teams

Drive revenue & profit across rooms, restaurants, bars & events

Elevate guest experience at scale — seamless, premium & memorable ⭐

Shape strategy, steer investment, and own the day-to-day performance ⚡

✔ Senior leadership in large hotel, resort, or multi-outlet operations

✔ Essential: strong rooms / accommodation background

✔ Commercially sharp with proven P&L responsibility

✔ Track record of success in high-footfall, multi-revenue businesses

✔ Strategic, resilient, and energised by autonomy & challenge
