This is a company with great values and a mindful, flexible outlook, that are growing their Title Checking/Title Investigators team due to continued growth and demand.

Our client offers an out sourced title investigation service, returning residential title checks to clients thoroughly and fast - this is a role with minimal (or none if you prefer) client contact, it is not customer facing.

This is a fully remote role (the company is based in Cardiff) hours are 9am - 5pm - there can be overtime but that is totally voluntary and fully paid!

If you are looking for a change, this is what you will need - strong experience as a conveyancer or title checker, a keen attention to detail, and an organised approach to work with a self motivated outlook.
