Head of Product

Bristol / Hybrid | £70,000 – £75,000

We are partnering with a purpose driven organisation that is investing heavily in digital innovation, building a new data platform to deliver smarter, more impactful products and services for both clients and internal teams.

As Head of Product, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering digital solutions that drive business impact. Reporting directly to the CTO, this is a leadership role that combines hands-on product management with strategic oversight, ensuring products are developed, launched, and continuously improved to meet customer needs and business objectives.

The Role

As Head of Product, you will:

• Lead the end to end product lifecycle, from strategy and development through to in life management
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including finance, operations, technology, and data to ensure seamless product delivery.
• Define and track product KPIs that align with business goals.
• Present updates to the board, supporting governance and decision making at a senior level.
• Manage and mentor a growing product team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring digital products meet market needs and drive commercial success.

About You

• Seasoned product management professional with demonstrable success in delivering digital products, ideally within digital or data led environments.
• A recognised project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP).
• A proven track record of delivering successful digital products.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies and cyber risk management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to balance client needs, operational priorities, and financial considerations.
• Familiarity with data analytics principles would be advantageous.
