The Role

As Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in maintaining project documentation, ensuring version control, and supporting the project team with accurate, timely, and secure information management — with a strong focus on Asite, our primary document management system.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage project documents and drawings using Asite.
• Ensure correct version control, formatting, and distribution of documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure document compliance and flow.
• Implement and enforce document control procedures across multiple live projects.
• Monitor document workflows and approvals to meet project deadlines.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.
• Provide training and support to team members on Asite and document control best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Document Controller role within construction or civil engineering (RC frame experience advantageous).
• Proficient in Asite – essential requirement.
• Strong knowledge of document control procedures and systems.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across project teams.
• Right to work in the UK.
