Permit to Work (PTW) Coordinator

Location: Offshore Windfarm Pre-Assembly Site

Start: ASAP


Our Client is looking for an experienced PTW Coordinator to oversee permit control and safe work systems on a major offshore wind pre-assembly project.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the site’s Permit to Work (PTW) system
  • Review and issue permits (lifting, electrical, hot works, confined space, SIMOPS)
  • Lead daily PTW coordination meetings and manage contractor interfaces
  • Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and site HSE procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and support audits and reporting
  • Deliver PTW inductions and toolbox talks as needed


Requirements

Essential:

  • Experience as PTW Coordinator or Control of Work Lead on large construction/marine projects
  • Knowledge of CDM regulations, SIMOPS, isolations, and contractor coordination
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Desirable:

  • NEBOSH (General or Construction)
  • Offshore wind or marine/heavy lift experience
