Location: Fully Remote Based - Our client has offices in most major cities in the UK and you would have the option to go into the office if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the commercial aspects of infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
Administer contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant terms and conditions.
Monitor and report on project costs, forecasts, and cash flow.
Support procurement activities and manage supplier performance.
Identify and manage commercial risks to protect project outcomes.
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure commercial success.
Contribute to the development and improvement of commercial processes.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience as a QS or Commercial Manager focussing on infrastructure projects (E.g. Highways, Utilities/ Water, Power/ Energy, Civils).
Strong knowledge and working experience of NEC contracts.
Excellent commercial acumen with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
Ideally you will be degree qualified in a related subject
