EMPLOYMENT KNOWLEDGE LAWYER - Part-time

We’re working with a leading City law firm seeking a Knowledge Lawyer to join its top-ranked Employment team (no prior knowledge lawyer expertise necessary). This is a rare chance to take on a strategic role where you’ll help on high-profile sensitive cases, shape knowledge initiatives and support clients on cutting-edge employment issues.

About the Role

The role will include:

• Supporting employment projects, products, and working groups
• Delivering client training, seminars, and global updates
• Creating engaging articles, podcasts, and thought leadership content
• Keeping teams and clients informed on employment law developments

Qualifications

• An experienced Employment lawyer (6+ PQE) or Knowledge Lawyer with strong technical expertise

Required Skills

• Excellent drafting and research skills, with a flair for making complex issues clear and practical
• A collaborative team player
• Enthusiasm for thought leadership, training, and knowledge-sharing

Pay range and compensation package

• Flexible – package is competitive and will depend on the level of experience and working arrangements preferred.
• Role can be worked part-time on a 3 day or 4 day a week arrangement.
