Early Stage, VC backed Startup seeks High-Impact Generalist

Old St, London (Primarily office based)

Motive Group is hiring a Founders Associate for an amazing client. You'll join a team of 5 (including 3 founders from one of the UK’s most successful fintechs) building a niche B2B platform for healthcare providers.

We’re looking for a smart, adaptable generalist who thrives on solving problems, getting things done, and making an impact.

You’ll be:

• Comfortable with ambiguity and happy to figure things out as you go
• Equally at ease with high-level thinking and small, scrappy tasks
• Naturally curious, proactive, and low ego
• Excited to work with founders on something with big potential

What you'll have done:

• We've had great success hiring this role from a variety of background so we are open minded
• Likely 1-3 yrs experience in a grad scheme, consulting, or a fast paced startup
• You'll be a real generalist, good with data and quick to take action. You'll be able to evidence where you've used these skills to have impact
