Interim Culture Change Lead

6-9 month FTC

London - hybrid working 2 days a week in the office

£80,000 - £90,000 + package

Norman Broadbent are exclusively working with a client in the energy/ technology sector that are now growing the team and looking to bring in an Interim Culture Change Lead to design and lead culture change initiatives that enable the business to become a more customer centric organisation. The business is undergoing significant change with numerous transformation programmes which will be ongoing through 2026. You’ll be the driving force behind cultural change across a complex, fast-moving organisation.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead a company-wide culture shift initiative.
• Collaborate with People team SMEs to drive change through recognition, performance, and communications.
• Oversee culture workstreams across four business transformation programmes.
• Design and implement behaviour change initiatives in process & governance, skills & capabilities, and communications & engagement.
• Use the Skills Framework to guide behaviours and culture plans.
• Shape and adapt culture change plans with autonomy as programmes progress.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience leading culture change initiatives at enterprise level.
• Track record of driving culture workstreams within major business transformation programmes.
• Expertise in designing and delivering behavioural and culture change programmes.
• Background in behavioural science, organisational effectiveness, learning & development, or communications & engagement.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver complex change initiatives.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work autonomously and proactively
