The commercial litigation team is particularly well-regarded for handling complex insolvency and cross-border disputes.

This role offers the chance to work alongside highly regarded partners within a growing practice, with clear scope for progression and responsibility from the outset. The team advises insolvency practitioners, financial institutions, insurers, and government departments on a wide range of contentious insolvency matters.

Requirements

• Applicants must have at least three years insolvency litigation experience in a well regarded Law firm
• Passionate about insolvency litigation
• England & Wales qualified
• An interest in business development and marketing activities
