Locum Partner - Corporate Law

3-6 Month Contract (Full or Part Time)

Warwickshire/Hybrid

My client. A leading Legal practice are looking to recruit a Locum Corporate Partner to join their Corporate Practice to play a pivotal role in managing a caseload, incorporating a full range of M&A, Transactions, Re-organisations and restructuring matters.

Job Responsibilities:

• Delivery of a mixed case load incorporating a full range of M&A, Transactions, Re-organisations and restructuring matters.
• Ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice that takes account of their circumstances and represents "value for money".

About you:

• Robust background in Corporate Arena - M&A, Transactions, Re-organisations and restructuring
• Good attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and a strong commercial acumen.
• Exceptional technical proficiency and drafting skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with a keen eye for detail.
• Able to plan workloads and resources effectively
• Excellent client care and client support skills
