Role Summary:


Our Talent Acquisition and Development (TA&D) team provides the most effective and efficient solutions for Talent Attraction, Selection & Assessment, Performance Management and Development for BGC Group including all associated entities, across all levels of the firm. The role sits within a six-person in-house TA&D team; under the Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Development.


Key responsibilities:


  • Supporting the EMEA Early Careers and Talent Development Senior Manager
  • Assist with Early Careers suite of programmes, coordinating interviews with candidates and the business, scheduling early career events
  • Maintaining Early Careers tracking for each role and candidates in process, providing reports and statistics • Provide support to the Junior Talent Development Business Partner and be responsible for all aspects of the learning & development administration
  • Admin responsibility for e-learning and in person training workshops
  • Support logistics for delivering training workshops across multiple sites
  • Admin support with the learning management system and ensure accurate records are held to meet regulatory requirements and business objectives.
  • Support MI for quarterly reporting for the TA&D book of work
  • Support with correct communications for employees, managers and providers are maintained for training requests
  • Act as support contact for queries for group/regional Talent development and Early Career programmes
  • Be the administrative first point of contact for the wider TA&D team



Skills / experience required:


  • Excellent administration and IT skills, including PowerPoint and Excel (desirable)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent planning and organization skills
  • Capable of multi-tasking and being agile

  • Problem solving - proven ability to take complex requirements and translate these into tangible, workable solutions leveraging best practice tools and techniques

Desirable:

  • Any relevant HR qualifications
  • CIPD/BPS Psychometric certification is desirable, but not essential
