Job description

We’re looking for a proactive SHEQ Advisor to join our construction and maintenance team. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong safety, health, environment, and quality experience who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced role.

What You’ll Do

• Support operational teams with SHEQ compliance, training, inspections, and audits
• Deliver coaching and competency assessments for managers, operatives, and subcontractors
• Oversee incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions
• Maintain SHEQ documentation and ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001/45001 standards
• Analyse SHEQ data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• NEBOSH Construction (preferred) & IEMA/NEBOSH Environmental Certificate
• Qualified to deliver training (Asbestos, Manual Handling, Working at Heights, etc.)
• 5+ years’ SHEQ experience within construction and/or building maintenance
• Strong communication, coaching, and auditing skills
