Project Planner in Scotland

Job description

We’re seeking a Project Planner to support complex offshore and onshore construction projects. This role ensures schedules are built, maintained, and aligned with execution while providing visibility of risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and control integrated project schedules, including vessel and logistics activities.
• Track progress, highlight variances, and support recovery actions.
• Identify and analyse risks and opportunities in project execution.
• Provide clear, data-driven reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ planning experience in offshore, marine, or large infrastructure projects.
• Strong skills in Primavera P6 or MS Project; risk tools an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction lifecycles and offshore operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
