ADP'S Internship Programme is now live! We're looking for enthusiastic students undertaking a placement year degree to join us for a 12-month paid HR internship in September 2026.

Location: Our Staines Office - 2 Causeway Park, The Causeway, Staines-Upon-Thames, TW18 3BF United Kingdom
Hybrid working: 3 days in office & 2 days from home
Start date: 1st September 2026

THINGS YOU'LL DO:
- Support a team of HR Business Partners across a range of people focused projects, including UK wide initiatives as well as sector specific tasks
- Assist with Employee Relation issues such as grievances, disciplinaries and capability matters to better understand and witness how various processes are conducted in the workplace
- Improve your knowledge and understanding of basic HR practices by creating a variety of letters relating to compensation, promotions and changes of terms and conditions of employment
- Gain hands on experience with a range of systems, solving associate queries through our HR service delivery system or analysing reports and data to provide meaningful insight to the team
- Build your communication skills by interacting with a variety of teams and stakeholders to understand and prioritise their different requirements
- Be part of a global HR team that support a large matrix organisation with over 60,000 associates worldwide
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Be curious about HR
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to learn and have a positive attitude
- A strong understanding of the nature of confidentiality and ability to remain compliant
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Motivated to succeed, with a proactive approach to getting things done
- Some experience with Microsoft Office
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate within the following disciplines: Human Resources/ Business Management with HR
