Join the European head office of a leading international group with operations in 50+ countries. The London legal team is award-nominated and works at the centre of high-profile cross-border projects.

The role

• Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts (tech, telecoms, IT, data, digital products).
• Advising on strategic cross-border deals and partnerships.
• Supporting business units across Europe and beyond.
• Managing external counsel and governance matters.

What we’re looking for

• 6–8 years PQE, trained at a leading City or large regional firm.
• Strong commercial contracts experience, ideally from a City/large regional firm.
• Background in technology/telecoms/media/digital a plus.
• Pragmatic, solutions-driven, confident handling complex work.
