Job Title: Employment Associate

Role Summary:
This position offers the chance to work on a varied caseload of employment matters across both contentious and non-contentious work. You'll join a highly experienced team with strong internal support and opportunities for progression. The role is offered on either a remote or hybrid basis, with flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage a broad range of employment cases from referral to resolution: Ensuring high-quality client outcomes
• Advise on settlement agreements, employment contracts, and HR documentation: Helping clients navigate complex legal requirements
• Handle employment litigation including unfair dismissal and discrimination: Advocating effectively in tribunal settings
• Ensure case handling aligns with regulatory and compliance frameworks: Contributing to firm-wide excellence
• Support business development efforts: Expanding reach and contributing to long-term success
Requirements:
• Qualified solicitor with demonstrable experience in employment law
• Strong understanding of employment legislation and procedures
• Skilled communicator with ability to explain legal matters clearly
• Comfortable managing a caseload independently
• Knowledge of the SRA Code of Conduct
