About the Firm

You will have the opportunity to join a leading law firm with international recognition for representing lenders and borrowers in complex structured finance transactions. With lawyers located in over 40 countries, the London team works cohesively from Associate to Partner to deliver an exceptional service to their clients. As part of the Real Estate Finance team, you will also be working closely with the Real Estate, Tax and Corporate Groups.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

By joining one of the largest teams of dedicated finance lawyers in the world, you will also be joining a culture founded upon support and ambition. A successful candidate will be working with borrowers and lenders at all levels of the capital structure. Responsibilities will also include representing lenders and investors across a range of real estate classes, and advising on cross border services and complex portfolio financing.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience in Real Estate Finance, having worked in a Banking and Finance team.

• Possess strong technical skills in finance work, with an international awareness.

• Have good knowledge in drafting Loan Market Association debt facility agreements to be able to produce a first draft from a term sheet.

• Preferably be experienced in multi-jurisdictional transactions, although this is not essential.
