Associate / Senior Associate – Tax, Trusts & Wills

Bournemouth Office | 4+ Years PQE | Full-Time | Forward-Thinking Firm

Lester Aldridge is on the lookout for a talented and experienced Associate or Senior Associate to join our highly respected Tax, Trusts & Wills team in Bournemouth. If you're a private client lawyer with 4+ years PQE and a passion for delivering exceptional service, this is your chance to thrive in a collaborative, progressive environment at one of the South Coast’s leading law firms.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Client Advisory: Guide individuals, families, and trustees through complex tax planning, trusts, wills, and estate matters.
• Case Management: Own your caseload with confidence, delivering high-quality legal solutions with autonomy.
• Document Drafting: Craft and review wills, trust deeds, powers of attorney, and related documents.
• Client Engagement: Be the first point of contact for new enquiries and help connect clients across our wider services.
• Legal Research: Stay sharp on legal developments and offer practical, creative solutions.
• Compliance: Uphold firm standards in AML, billing, and client engagement protocols.
• Team Collaboration: Support and mentor junior colleagues while contributing to a positive team culture.
• Business Development: Represent the firm at networking events and help grow our client base.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 4–5 years PQE in private client law

Expertise: Strong background in wills, trusts, tax, estate planning & probate

Skills: Excellent communication, organisation & IT proficiency

Mindset: Proactive, client-focused, and commercially aware

Personality: Motivated, independent, and enthusiastic about growth
