Job description
We are looking for a Programme Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of our clients Open Programmes and ensure they meet institutional goals. In this role, you will lead a team of Senior Programme Managers, manage resources and budgets, and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to maintain high-quality, timely, and compliant programme delivery. You will also support continuous improvement initiatives, streamline processes, and implement new systems to enhance operational efficiency and participant experience. Our client is a leading international centre for business education, research, and executive development. Based within a world-renowned university, it brings together students, faculty, and professionals from around the globe to address real-world business challenges.
Programme Delivery Lead: Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement the delivery strategy in line with Open Programmes and institutional goals
- Establish and monitor KPIs for participant experience, quality, cost, and risk
- Represent the delivery function in leadership planning and strategic workstreams
- Manage and support Senior Programme Managers, including setting goals, providing guidance, and supporting professional development
- Maintain accountability for timely, high-quality delivery across all Open Programmes
- Oversee resource planning, supplier management, and delivery scheduling
Programme Delivery Lead: Skills/experience
- Significant experience leading complex programmes or service delivery teams
- Experience managing team performance and supporting team development
- Strong operational skills, with the ability to improve efficiency, quality, and processes
- Experience working across multiple stakeholders, including faculty, clients, and executive leadership
- Experience with CRM systems and operational tools
- Understanding of hybrid and online learning operations
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or scheduling technologies in operational environments
A salary in the region of £40,000 – 60,000, bonus and generous benefits package including 33 days holiday plus bank holidays is offered.
