We’re working with an innovative Facilities Management business that’s reshaping how clients manage their energy performance and sustainability goals. With a strong, established client base spanning public and private sectors, this is your chance to lead their in-house Display Energy Certificate (DEC) Assessment service - shaping its success from the ground up and driving real environmental impact.

What You’ll Be Driving:


  • Lead the DEC Service Line – Take ownership of the service line and set the standard for energy performance excellence across a diverse client base.
  • Drive Energy Efficiency – Deliver DEC assessments that inform smarter energy strategies and unlock opportunities for sustainable savings.
  • Be the Strategic Partner – Work closely with clients to design impactful decarbonisation roadmaps and help them hit ambitious energy-reduction targets.
  • Shape Future Offerings – Spot gaps, identify opportunities, and collaborate with clients to expand and evolve the sustainability services provided.
  • Stay Ahead of Change – Monitor emerging regulations and market trends, ensuring both you and the business stay at the forefront of innovation.


What You’ll Bring:


  • A DEC Assessor qualification (CIBSE certified or equivalent).
  • Deep expertise in building energy performance and sustainability best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted client partnerships.
  • Confidence managing multiple clients and portfolios with precision and impact.
  • A proactive, forward-thinking mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their ESG and decarbonisation goals.
