Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role our HQ is in Hackney WIck, and our services currently cover Essex and Kent. We are looking for a SENDCO - Education Lead for Tuition Service. The SENDCO - Education Lead will be responsible for overseeing and managing the education elements of the Tuition Service, providing specialised support and resources for students and tutors with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). This includes developing and implementing personalised educational plans, coordinating with teachers and support staff, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will be the curriculum lead and provide ongoing support to a team of 20+ (and growing) based across Essex and Kent.

Additionally, the role involves regular monitoring and evaluation of student progress, liaising with parents, and delivering training for teachers on best practices for SEND education. We are an ambitious company with plans to support a lot more young people, you will be a vital part of the team to support this growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Education and Teaching
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven ability in Training and supporting educational staff
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills
• Adept at developing and implementing personalized educational plans
• You MUST HAVE QTS.
