Quantity Surveyor – Hertfordshire

We are seeking several experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyors (all levels) to join our growing team based in Hertfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a key role in delivering high-quality projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents
• Managing project costs from inception through to final account
• Conducting site visits and valuations
• Negotiating with contractors and suppliers to secure best value
• Monitoring project progress, financial performance, and risk management
• Ensuring compliance with contract terms and industry standards

About You:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
• Proven track record working on construction projects in the UK
• Strong knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in relevant software (MS Excel, CostX, or similar)
